Thanksgiving Day
In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, Metro ExpressLanes call center and service centers will be closed on Thursday, November 28th, and Friday, November 29th. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, December 2nd.
Metro ExpressLanes 12th Anniversary
Metro ExpressLanes is celebrating its 12th anniversary. To celebrate, Metro is issuing limited edition black colored transponders. Limited edition transponders will ONLY be issued in person at our Torrance and El Monte Service Centers. Quantities are limited and subject to availability.

If you receive a text message regarding tolls or violations, please do not respond to the message, do not click any links in it, and do not use any contact information provided in it. Please contact Metro ExpressLanes Customer Service at (877) 812-0022 if you have questions.
If you have an old square transponder and have received a new smaller rectangular transponder to replace it, you can dispose of your old square transponder at a local household electronic waste (e-Waste) recycling center or e-Waste recycling event, or alternatively you can return it directly to us at one of our ExpressLanes Service Centers. For more information about either of these options, see below.
